binder run failed #7

https://mybinder.org/v2/gh/cernphsft/rootbinder/master will failed, which maybe cause by new pip, a work around maybe use a trick by

pip install --upgrade --force-reinstall pip==9.0.3

instead of

pip install --upgrade --force-reinstall pip

the full solution need fix the conflict between new pip and pexpect!

BTW, pip is boost crazy now, at least for the version change pattern!
