Feature Request

As a developer, I want to use the FullStack global with no issues, in order to run full stack tests cleanly.

Similar to the Terra wdio global, Add FullStack to the global ignores, so developers do not get a lint warning when using it for full stack tests.

Add here: https://github.com/cerner/terra-toolkit/blob/main/packages/eslint-config-terra/eslint.config.js#L74
