Story

As a consumer of terra, I want the wdio 6 reporter to include screenshot references

So that the screenshots can be included in a release site report

We'll know we're done when the functionality that existed in terra-toolkit-boneyard (https://github.com/cerner/terra-toolkit-boneyard/blob/main/reporters/wdio/TerraWDIOTestDetailsReporter.js) can be replicated with our wdio 6 reporter
