Roadmap

Targeting a 1.0 release this year, with the following steps:

1. All 1.0 Milestone issues addressed by 2017-10-27
2. 1.0 Release specification available on 2017-10-31

As part of this release, we're also planning to switch from Slate to Mk-docs for the documentation framework.
