Switch json-schema-ref-parser to non-deprecated package

• Changes json-schema-ref-parser to @apidevtools/json-schema-ref-parser due to the former package's deprecation (making this PR because of the warning message that pops up now)
• Updates @apidevtools/json-schema-ref-parser within semver caret range
• also updated canius-lite browserslist due to message when running tests
• all tests are passing
