run a Saturday deep clean

There are several projects (painting, pee stain cleaning) that would need some dedicate effort to get done, they don't just fit in the normal cleaning and maintenance routine. A Saturday work day could be a way to get some of these projects done.

@catsheane is willing to come up with a list of tasks that are reasonable to accomplish, and ask around for committed participants.

Maybe this works better during the fall or winter.
