Domain dbix-class.org seems unrelated

There are references in the book to web pages under http://dbix-class.org/ but that domain appears to have been stolen/sold/repurposed so these links are no longer useful.

If the content is elsewhere then these links should probably be updated to reflect that. If not, that's a shame but the links should probably just be removed so as not to benefit the domain snatcher.
