Suggestion: Move Emoji Selector to Focused Textbox

It would be nice if the box would float in a position related to the place where the text is being entered.

I don't know that this is possible/practical, especially thinking about a future of using Flatpak and Wayland. But I'd be interested to hear if it is.

The Mozc inline autocorrect seems to work perfectly by drawing a dropdown below the input area, maybe you/someone could use that as an example? It could be reused for for a native autocorrect box for elementary too.
