What do we mean here by "full transaction data"? I believe that only DeployProcessed is an event that has public key of an account, BlockAdded and FinalitySignature have public keys of validators?
So long story short - in this ticket do we want to be able to filter DeployProcessed by public key of the account that did the deploy?
