As carrierwave did release a version 3.0.0 the latest version of this gem does not work with it because of version constraints.

Is there a plan to do a release of this project fixing this problem?

It's not just the version constraints. Some real changes are needed to get it working with CarrierWave 3.0.
And I suppose I'll be the best person to work on that, as I deeply know what's changed in 3.0. It's already on my list, so it will happen sometime soon. Maybe sponsoring me can help making it earlier 😄

@rmm5t By the way, can I have the carrierwave-mongoid RubyGems ownership? I know you're busy and may not be able to handle everything. I think having redundancy is better.
