Review the About section from Carbon Core, dotcom, and Cloud PAL site. Then rewrite this section to clarify:

  • What POV does this PAL take? I.e. what specific design requirements should be followed when using assets from this PAL?
  • When should it be used, by whom
  • How this PAL fits into the ecosystem
  • Core vs PAL assets
  • Releases
