Describe in detail the issue you're having.

Tabs component will highlight entire container when clicking on a tab in safari

Is this issue related to a specific component?

Tabs, Tab

What did you expect to happen? What happened instead? What would you like to
see changed?

It should be consistent across browsers, assuming this means no highlight

What browser are you working in?

Chrome, FF, Safari

Repro in Safari

What version of the Carbon Design System are you using?

10.27, repro in latest

What offering/product do you work on? Any pressing ship or release dates we
should be aware of?

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Go to https://react.carbondesignsystem.com/?path=/story/tabs--default on Safari
  2. Click on any tab
