Not all products will be able to use the one exact shell. We need to explore what other possible configurations we will allow.

  • Audit IBM products for alternative shells (ie Security)
    • Shells without top bar
    • Tool bars (like Adobe illustrator)
    • Secondary top nav
  • Identify potential additions to Carbon's UI Shell
  • Define and document approved alternatives
  • Establish next steps
