[Icon & Pictogram] Alignment issue with "No results found" and description

Detailed description

• Kritvi to do: Confirm with Jeannie this is not aligning to the original design spec.
• Need to fix the alignment of the heading "No results found" and its description on the icon page. The heading and description should both be left aligned. Right now, the description is indented to the right, which is wrong.
• This issue is also present on the 'Pictograms' page, so it needs to be fixed on that page as well.
