Toolbar popup isn't visible in 0.2.2 and later #20

I have a project using 0.2.1 which has a button in the "toolbar" that shows a popup when clicked. It looks like this when closed (see the + sign):

And it looks like this when open:

In 0.2.2 though, when clicking on the button, the popup is not visible, but if you use the inspector, you can see the HTML there.

Somehow the layout or CSS have changed so that the popup isn't visible anymore.

Wondering if this is something obvious to you before I go digging too far into it.
