Repeating slashes in URL for link element in the RSS feed #13777

In the RSS file for the blog there are two slashes in the URL for the ATOM link and the RSS link elements:

<link>https://ubuntu.com//blog/feed</link>
...
<atom:link href="https://ubuntu.com//blog/feed" rel="self"/>
