Jenkins changed some UI elements in 2.222

Revamp the layout and icons of the header bar and breadcrumbs. Instances with plugins that depend on details of the Jenkins layout (e.g. Simple Theme Plugin) may experience UI/layout problems. A new experimental header color scheme can be enabled by setting the jenkins.ui.refresh system property to true. (issue 60920)

It doesn't look like this is maintained any longer, I've fixed most (I'm terrible at CSS) of the issues, feel free to use my version here - (https://gist.githubusercontent.com/jamiew0w/e670ada8fe3ead1ac77ce58b6e7f27c2/raw/fa26d229bf6acde596275bee768b6298a62b89bb/jenkins-dark.min.css) or toss it on a repo and link to it in jenkins.

The white-background for shell execution is fixed, the border around the header is fixed, auto-refresh and add-description buttons fixed and lastly the search box. Only part I couldn't figure out was the hover which still defaults to a white-ish. If you figure it out let me know.

edit; changed link to a gist
