When I simply mention @csaibot

@csaibot <any string of text here>

I want CSAI bot to reply with a funny/witty/random comment.

Cool Cats

When I say

@csaibot show me a cool cat

I want CSAI bot to reply with a cool cat GIF

Cute Doggo

When I say

@csaibot Show me a cute doggo
