[CAL-3962] 🚨🚨 Upcoming retreat = reduced engineering velocity

Hey community, our team is approaching our annual company retreat on the 1st of July.

We will have reduced engineering velocity when it comes to reviewing Issues (unless high priority and urgent) and reviewing new PRs (unless high priority and urgent).

Please be mindful of our small team and if you have something that is not crazy urgent, I'd love it if you wait for the 14th July to engage.
