netIntel for IPv4 alone takes up almost 200 MB of RAM, so it would be best if this could be deferred to the disk.

netIntelOnDisk is kind of a PoC of this. I think we'll need a more generic "netIntelProvider", including using the corpus server as a provider for more restricted environments.
