When I run the stress test with default parameters, I'm expecting to see 75 updates total. Instead, I see the following:

- Initiated: 74
- Accepted: 74
- In gcloud: 77

It's counting 74 updates as having been initiated, and 77 in gcloud. Clearly something is a bit off.
