Describe the bug
I expect to receive my Echolon bike Echelon Connect Sport S Spin Bike with 10" tomorrow.
My HRM is HW706 COOSPO Armband Heart Rate Monitor HW706, Bluetooth4.0 ANT+ HR Optical Heart Rate Sensor.
I wanted to use my HRM as my Power Meter through the QZ Fitness app. Is this supported? When I open the QZ app, I can see that the HRM device is detected, see attached. How do I select it? I tried selecting it through settings/Heart Rate Options/Heart Belt Name and selecting HW706 then resetting the app. It is still not picked up by default.
I tried reaching out to the email "[email protected]" but got an automated reply that the email does not exist. Help please.

Hi @cagnulein , I am able to see the bike when opening the app. The resistance settings is also shown. The heart monitor seems to be connected. Once I open the Zwift app on the PC, I get image attached. In your instruction video, you showed that I should expect to see my phone Pixel and connect to that over bluetooth. Instead, I see attached. I tried connecting toe ach of those and moving the bike pedals but no power seems to be registering. I am also hearing continous beeping from the bike, once then twice then once. Sometimes it clocks three times. Can you please help?

After some experimentation, I was able to find the pixel 7a device and connect to it. The problem remains, moving the pedal does not change the output power displayed on the Zwift app.

Hi @cagnulein , quick update.
This morning, I was able to connect everything correctly and use the Zwift app and join a race.
This evening, I tried to join again, but I could not. I followed the same sequence as the morning with nothing changing, but it is not connecting.
Here is the sequence I followed.

  1. Turned on the bike (Echelon Connect Sport S) and logged into my profile
  2. Light was blinking blue, then I opened the app, the light was solid blue. The app showed connection to the bike. The heart rate was not showing, but after 20 seconds, it connected. I moved the pedals, but the speed was not changing (stuck at 0). The resistance was also not displayed correctly.
  3. I opened the zwift app. It was able to find Wohoo Kickr as I showed in an earlier picture. The same results were showing. Power and cadence was 0 even though I was moving the pedals but the heart rate was displayed correctly. I was able to capture debug log attached.

I changed one setting on the app (Bike options/FTMS bike from ECH-SPORTS to Disabled), and now I can connect to Zwift. After riding for 30 seconds, it disconnects and cannot connect back.

you have the bike in ftms bike setting. disabled it from there and restart QZ. That's the issue

I turned off that setting and ran into the same problem again. Please help, the app randomly disconnects from the bike and makes the Zwift session in useful.

enable the android notification setting in the experimental settings, it will force android to keep running qz, i guess you have some powersaving settings that are forcing to close it down
Let me know

Ok now it is enabled. I counted 5 times at least where it was disconnected and the stats where not changing.
