Currently, --print produces PDF output where the page size is determined by the screen resolution of the machine prez is running on. This is fairly unreasonable if you're running it on a machine with high resolution, especially since the slides don't scale in notes view.

In reveal.js, you format using print.css. In PhantomJS you're supposed to add some js snippets. I'm unclear on how this is handled in Prez. Hints?
