Search with different options for Desktop vs Mobile:

mobile should be URL-first as a priority
desktop should be more generic

Search based on entry values:

Fuzzy search on content
Search all property values
If targeting URLs, a search URL could be provided

Optional storage could be provided if some kind of login-memory is to be used.
