The Engaged Buddhism tag has about the right amount of content now to create a course. This task is to read through all the featured content there (roughly equivalent to the contents of this Google Drive Folder) and to write a syllabus guiding the reader through the material. The Form(s) Course or Ethics course syllabi might make good examples.

Write a draft in Google Docs first for discussion and iteration, before coding it up for the site.
