A few things left unaddressed by #14 :

No ELB, so specific ip/dns might change? (Do research to see if ELB is actually necessary)
Get a domain name!
Apply domain name to servers
Add multiple tasks so servers can be updated without downtime
Create a separate prod environment (maybe not necessary w/ size/cost right now)
ECS deployment script?

Dependent on #48 (unless we can somehow solve that here?)
