Turning Spacebook into a PWA

I apologize in advance if this is simple - relatively new to 11ty and PWAs.

I'm trying to add the web manifest reference to the generated HTML files sections. I assume spacebook has some template that 11ty uses to make the HTML - where would I go to inject the manifest reference?
