Do not display "Receive up to" label, as we're not bound by LSP liquidity on Liquid wallet and it's very uncommon to make a payment above the maximum limit of 25M sats.

Replace it with a text that denotes minimum payment limit: "Enter at least <-payment-limit-minimum-> sats"
