Not able to sort the bookmarked sites.

Description

When users go to the bookmarked tabs in the top right corner, they can sort the bookmarks by 'Sort by Name' or 'Sort by Date (Time).' However, when I try to do that, it only shows the 'Sort by Name' option and doesn't display the 'Sort by Date' option. Additionally, I can only sort by name and am unable to use any other sorting method.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to show all bookmarks (alternatively, you can use Ctrl+Shift+O)
2. in top right corner you can sort by name
3. after sort by name you can't do other sorting like sort by time/date.

Actual result

The bookmarks tab should have another sorting method to make it easier for users to organize all their bookmarked sites.

Expected result

i can't do the sort by (other method) as it is already sort by name.
