Send Feedback button on Tab Group doesn't work

Description

When right clicking a tab group and clicking Send Feedback, nothing happens.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Right click on a tab group
2. Click Send Feedback

Actual result:

Nothing happens

Expected result:

A feedback form or web page with a feedback form would be presented.

Easily reproduced every time.

Confirmed the Send Feedback menu item is no longer present.
