A requirement for running ads on Brave is the creative containing the advertiser name. For example, and advertiser cannot run: World's fastest browser Download a browser that blocks ads by default!
Not having the advertiser name is a frequent reason for declining a creative.
It must contain the advertiser name in the title or the body for a Notification Ad.
On Brave News, the advertiser name must be included in the title or call to action text.
We should discover a method to detect if the creative does not contain the advertiser name. If it doesn't, we should alert the advertiser at the time they're saving the creative, and notify them the creative will be denied if the advertiser name is not included.
Note: This same feature should also be included on the ads-admin-dashboard side as well.

My only concern is this immediately breaks BSA and "agency" like advertisers. We would basically need agencies to have an advertiser "account" that contains multiple named advertisers they are setting up campaigns for.
Then they would have an "umbrella" agency they fall under (so all advertisers can share address).
I believe the amount of work may have to qualify as a quarterly goal.
The simple approach, which is allowing agencies to basically override the requirement would only 1 / 3 solve the problem. AS we would also need a way to distinct whom is an agency regardless.
Great point, and I believe this was discussed on the Ad Ops end before too. I feel the agency/advertiser accounts would be a good discussion.
As a potential stopgap, would we be able to implement something where if it doesn't see the advertiser name like described above? Or, is this detection the more technical part of this?

The above suggestion wouldn't block, but provide a warning to the advertiser before they submit.
