Issues with the new layout in 0.19

I have a few issues with the new layout:

• It is not showing the name
• It is not showing the note
• The number is truncated

Also, I'm not sure if there is enough "quiet zone" at the sides of this 1D barcode. I haven't tested reading it, so I don't know if this is a real problem or not.

Thanks for the feedback. There is a larger discussion about the layout in issue #86. Would you mind responding there as well so the discussion is collected?
