Publish nuget package of 5.6.0 targeting .NET Standard #632

Version 5.5.0 targeted both .NET Framework and .NET Standard, so it was usable in .NET Core.

The recently published 5.6.0 targets only .NET Framework.

Please, publish the version for .NET Standard so it is usable in .NET Core as 5.5.0 was.

I think this is the same as #630. I have a fork which builds correctly, but I think you're right, it's a nuget publishing issue.
