Font adjustments should be disabled

The text fields in Brisk currently support some (but not all) options under the Format menu. The Format menu should probably be removed entirely, and all keyboard shortcuts disabled. A possible exception could be the Writing Direction option, but I'm not sure what implications that has in terms of the generated strings and compatibility with RadarWeb.

Hmm interesting. Yea so changing any of this stuff doesn't actually affect the final output. The colors or fonts or anything. I guess the worst case here is people expecting that it would affect the final radar, like if they subscript something, and it doesn't end up subscripted.

This also removes support for a bunch of the text alignment stuff, like centering the text
