Make debugging easier

Currently to debug code imported with the spade.register() method from the console, you need to have the setting "spade:format": "function" within the "bpm_libs.js"hash of your [PACKAGE].json file.

For whatever reason running with bpm preview ignores the before mentioned "spade:format" setting.

Currently you must do a bpm rebuild after every change you make which should not be the case. This should work using bpm preview.
