Issue Description

Mockups of Actions related pages will be created. The pages are:

  • Create Action Initial page
  • Select a predefined template
  • Add Need
  • Add Resource
  • Add Event
  • Visualize Action

I drew the necessary pages. The pages can be viewed here under user actions (4th page).

Add Resource and Add Event pages won't be in the mockups because they are almost identical to Add Need page.

If there are any errors / typos in the work or any objections, please repoen the issue.
