Cross-team technology sync - verify that these technologies are compatible.

As we talked about in the meeting, there are no conflicts with our preferred technologies for now.
Mobile-Team can proceed on Kotlin and can communicate with the back-end which will use fast API
The front-end-Team will proceed on next.js, it also can communicate with the back-end.
