QA for location and time

• ask date (interval), today, week before and so on
• ask from persistent menu

Possible Problems

• user could change context before she receive answer from Bob. So in that moment we will get chat fork with 2 context: new context and context where we are waiting for.
  solution: explicit ask user whether she want to drop previous context, or get it as it comes to use.
