1. We want to answer this question with Table A
2. We actually need to turn Table A into Table B
3. Here are the "tools" we have at our disposal (some subset of filter, sort, and build). Which ones do we need - and in which order - to turn Table A into Table B?

This may involve modifying the lesson to have students do some Parsons Problems as part of the lesson, so that it flows into the assessment smoothly
