Explaining the DISTRO concept has never worked very well in my sessions.

I think we should do (most of) the following:

Have a clear explanation of the DISTRO concept, clearly separated from the "distro layer" concept
Clarify that the DISTRO defines the policies
Have a somewhat realistic example of distro conf in the slides
Anything else?

Also remove the require conf/distro/poky.conf from the slides and replace with a standalone example
