Consider automatically generating a asset for environment deployment

As part of the new docs structure, most repos will contain a .bonsai folder to allow environment reconstruction and documentation generation. It would be great if we could leverage this to also provide a way to automatically package that environment as a zip file so people could easily run through the examples and use the package.

This could eventually be leveraged by bonsai-rx/bonsai#1196 as well.
