The main terminologies that should be supported out-of-the-box:

SNOMED CT (SNOMED Clinical Terms)
CPT (Clinical Procedural Terminology)
ICD-10 (International Classification of Diseases)
ICD-10-CM (International Classification of Diseases, Clinical Modification)
RxNorm (normalized names for clinical drugs)

We should make it easy to add other code systems with our plugin architecture by documenting how to use plugin templates.
