How to ignore MUSTACHE_EXCEPTION_UNKNOWNFILTEREXCEPTION

tried https://github.com/bobthecow/mustache.php/issues/151#issuecomment-18385802 no luck

What would you expect it to do if you try to use a filter that's not defined?

@bobthecow maybe an option for silent error. see https://github.com/Shopify/liquid/#error-modes
