The following steps are required:

• Move from click to cleo
• Move from loguru to cleo.io
• Implement handler objects

The plugin branch is coming along, but a better location for this code would be the official export plugin. I've opened an issue python-poetry/poetry-plugin-export#1 to start a discussion there.
