Re-design secondary windows

The styles of the secondary windows are obsolete and not user-friendly.

Single Camera Window

Currently, our Single Camera Window looks like this:

• The title bar should be removed;
• The window buttons (close, maximize, restore and minimize) should be moved into the camera view;
• The entire view should include gestures to manipulate the window (drag, maximize, fullscreen);
• Resizing should respect the aspect ratio of the video, usually 16:9.

Layout Window

Currently, our Layout Window looks like this:

• The layout actions should be moved to the title bar;
• The layout actions bar and its name should be removed;
• Add an action to add another camera to the layout. The selector can be a popup, or a side drawer;
• Remove inner padding and replace it with a border divider.
