how to get list of all adresses on bitcoin block chain

how can i get all addresses on bitcoin blockchain i mean every address that comited a transaction on blockchain no matter it has balance or not?
for example get list of all addresses in text file
no balance or transaction or anything else just adresses of all time

Looking at the double entry book example here https://github.com/blockchain-etl/awesome-bigquery-views#top-bitcoin-balances the addresses array is flattened to a string and I've taken a closer looks at the inputs/outputs and it looks like the addresses have an array of addresses including never-used addresses. How can we query just addresses with balance?
