Process single Images from File/HTTP

Hi,

beside of RTSP Cams, i also have some Battery Cams which only wake up on Motion Sensor Detection, sends the Cam Picture to an eMail Address and go back sleep.
I've already managed to extract this images and save it into an file using Node-Red.

Now i want to process it and find Objects.
Does anyone have examples how to configure this?

Already tried an http url in the input path and set fps to 1.
Unfortunately it seems that there are the wrong ffmpeg options set then.

Also to poll this every second might not be the best solution.
Whats the best approach to do this? Im thinking of some virtual Cam which image can be feeded from the outside via an HTTP POST Request or an direct file Path with inotify.
