feature_and_mutation_by_sample

Hello,
"feature_and_mutation_by_sample.txt" is not being created as mentioned. Instead, and "xlsx" file is created with merged cells for "feature" and "chr" columns which makes it hard to copy/paste it to a "txt" file for downstream processing (i.e oncoprint).

Thanks for this report -- I will take a look at a recent run of ours and see what is going on.
