Add Audio Source Support (Internal+microphone)

VNC currently supports screen sharing and remote control, which are great, but it lacks audio source functionality. Adding support for transmitting audio (both internal system sound and microphone input) would enhance the experience for users needing full remote desktop capabilities. This feature would make VNC a more complete solution for collaboration, support, and remote access.

Or rather: I'll leave this one open as a feature request to handle the app-specific bits which would build on the foundations in LibVNC/libvncserver#151

Also, this was requested before in #63 and #70 - leaving this one open as it has the best description.
