I've enabled the Block Sync status box to take you to the Settings page, but I'm unable to find a way to access the "Access" section in the same action, and I can't find that this is done from any other section of the software either.

The settings page will show the last accessed section of the settings page.

This entry needs to be modified to change the page, which I'm unaware of how I can do directly

let activeSetting = props.viewSettings.get("activeSetting", 0);
